Malaga: sun, beach and much more!
Malaga: sun, beach and much more! It seems that this Holy Week will once again be marked by summer weather, making beach destinations a tempting option for anyone. The city of Malaga is one of those points of our geography that increases its population dizzyingly at this time, as its beaches are visited by national and international tourists.
While all are pending of the water of the sea and of the red one of summer, the bikers have their roads practically for us alone. Two years ago, on very similar dates, we travelled around Malaga by motorbike. The route runs through fishing villages such as Marbella and Estepona, whose coasts have huge cliffs on which run roads full of curves and stamps for the memory.
Little by little the tourist hustle and bustle is abandoned towards towns less dependent on the sea, but with the same charm. Following this path you will be able to enter such idyllic places as the Sierra de las Nieves, a mountain range full of biodiversity and nature, with an endless number of viewpoints where you can stop to take a photo. After these excursions, you enjoy all the permission to go down to the beach area to take a deserved rest. Complete route to do with city tour Barcelona.
Cuenca: one of curves, please
The city of Cuenca does not presume to have such a generalized charm as other locations in our country, but it is precisely in its personal minimalism where its attractiveness resides. Everyone who visits it usually ends up enchanted, and if you do it on a motorbike, even more so.
If this route has something special are the curves. The region is nurtured by several twisty regional roads in which you can get lost with the peace of mind that you will end up reaching unparalleled corners. The route that we made travelled all over Cuenca, crossing places of obligatory visit like the birth of the Cuervo river or the Enchanted City, but also singular towns like Huélamo or Tragacete.
Basque Country: now is the time
If good weather forecasts are confirmed, the northern provinces of Spain are a propitious scenario to carry out our route, as on other dates it is more complicated by the continuous presence of rain. We chose the Basque Country at the time, and the visit was very worthwhile.
The good thing about these places, whose surface is not too large, is that we don’t need much time to walk through them, so we can stop to contemplate the landscape again and again. A route in which we go through big cities like Bilbao or Vizcaya, but also amazing fishing villages like Bermeo or Ondarroa.
Undoubtedly the strong point of this route are the landscapes. Imposing cliffs on roads overflowing with vegetation and clean air, we leave panoramic views at every turn, which will become the object of your flashes and objectives if you take camera on your trip. One of the most recommended routes.
Baztan Valley: motorcycle peaks
We could not fail to include the Pyrenees among the Holy Week routes, one of the most touristic and attractive natural sites in our country. It’s also great for motorbike riding, as long as the weather accompanies us. Among the routes that we have done along its mountain ranges, we recommend here the western end, which has in the Baztan Valley one of its mandatory stop points.
It is a tremendously motorbike option, with winding roads and populated by immense nature, which each time increases as you approach the border with France. The passage to the Gaulish country was part of our excursion, where in addition to enjoying various locations, you can also see how the legislation works on French roads.
This is a land suitable for excursions, with many places to sleep and walk, so that the Pyrenees can be a very option to take into account if we want to make a long trip, taking advantage of our deserved holidays, but especially our bike. Source: https://vesping.com
